I was reading last night where just a pound of muscle burns x amount of fat. My next focus is going to be on gaining more muscle mass and keeping eating at a good level. It is alsmost like post shape up show down depression cuz I want to keep losing , but I can now see that losing the weight is only part of the process, now its time to lean up , even if it means a few extra pounds , as long as those pounds are muscle, but I do have 15 days left to get down a little further !
